8 p.m. to 10 p.m. Chamber concert Hartmut Lindemann on viola and Clemens Rave on piano will be playing works by Johannes Brahme, Rebecca Clarke, George Enescu, Jeno Hubay, Pablo de Sarasate, Nicolo Paganini/William Primrose. Concert is at Celle Castle in the Rittersaal ("Knights' Hall")

from 8 a.m. on: Luthiers and bowmakers set up stands in the Gothic Hall of Celle Castle

9 a.m. to 7 p.m.: Luthiers' and bowmakers' displays in Celle Castle in the Gothic Hall (admission free)

9 a.m. Annual meeting of the German Viola Society, main hall of the County Music School (Kreismusikschule), Kanonenstrasse 4 (members' meeting open to the public)

11 a.m. Guided tour of city or castle. Meeting place Celle Castle at the sign "Schlossfuhrung" in the entry area. Or opportunity to visit the luthiers' and bowmakers' exhibits and sheet music displays. Celle Castle, Gothic Hall.

11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. First round of the Walter Witte Viola Competition, Auditorium of the County Music School (Kreismusikschule) 4th floor, Kanonenstrasse 4
